Nothing conjures up visions of an authentic Texas spring like jaunty bluebonnets and beautiful contrast yellow cactus flowers. Join us for this fun and inspiring class to celebrate our cheerful state flower and a popular symbol of southwest Texas. You will learn how to create texture and interest by using new skills including a double-loaded brush, various different brush strokes, and color-mixing techniques. At the end of class, you will have a masterpiece you will be proud to display or give as a gift. You could also have your art reproduced as note or greeting cards, too. All supplies are furnished. Wear old clothes and bring a roll of paper towels. [Adults 16 and up.]
